Building Showcase with 2 Colors of Standing Seam on 1 Roof

It’s not often that you see two colors on the same roof. Along-side a rail-to-trail pathway, the Garrett’s Mill is a private event venue with a unique history. You step back in time when you walk through the doors with the old beams, rustic floor, and live-edge furniture. To keep the maintenance on the outside to a minimum, they chose the ABSeam Panel for the roof. What makes it unique is that they used two colors – Slate Gray and Charcoal Gray – both with a 40-year finish warranty.

Both the S-5! ColorGard and the Snow Defender 6500’s were used for the snow retention.
