Steel Price Increase – April 2018

With the recently announced tariffs on imported steel and aluminum and with the recent increases in the cost of paint, zinc, and transportation, price increases in many of our roofing products is unavoidable.

Order Deadline: 4/18/2018
Ship/Pickup Deadline: 5/2/2018

Below you will find the increase amounts.  All orders must be placed on or before the price increase deadline (4/18/18) and must be shipped or picked up by 5/2/18.

Increase

• Metal Panels: 10% increase
• Trims & Accessories: 7% increase
• Ask about other products.

We recommend adding a clause to your quotes and contracts that allows for substantial price increases in materials over the next few months.
