Building Image Release – Builder

The undersigned Builder/Contractor (Builder) hereby grants to AB Martin, 82 Garden Spot Road, Ephrata, PA 17522, (AB Martin) and to its assigns permission to copyright, to edit, to use, to re-use, to license, and to publish photographs and/or video (Images) of AB Martin building materials installed by the Builder.

Builder waives his/her rights to inspect and/or pre-approve said Images and/or their ultimate use by AB Martin.

Builder releases and discharges AB Martin and its assigns from any liability arising out of any initial or subsequent blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form of said images, whether intentional or inadvertent.

At any time, Builder may request that AB Martin no longer use the Images. This request must be sent in writing to the AB Martin Marketing Department, 82 Garden Spot Road, Ephrata, PA 17522. AB Martin will not use the images in any pieces printed after receipt of the notice, except to the extent that printing has already been contracted or is in process. In any event, AB Martin will not publish or distribute any pieces containing the image after 12 months following receipt of the notice. If applicable, known uses of the Images will be removed from the AB Martin website within 30 days of our receipt of the notice.

Builder affirmatively states that he/she has read this Building Image Release and understands its meaning.

Building Image Release – Property Owner

The undersigned Property Owner (Owner) hereby grants to AB Martin, 82 Garden Spot Road, Ephrata, PA 17522, (AB Martin) and to its associates permission to copyright, to edit, to use, to re-use, to license, and to publish photographs and/or videos (Images) of AB Martin building materials installed on Owner’s building(s), which Images may include recognizable parts of Owner’s property, and the description and/or geographical region of Owner’s building with such Images. AB Martin respects the privacy of its customers and does not intend to publish the Owner’s name or street address.

Owner waives his/her rights to inspect and/or pre-approve said Images and/or their ultimate use by AB Martin.
